Studios and villas in Oitylo, Mani
We are on the southern tip of the Peloponnese, in the village of Oitylo, on a stretch of coast that has kept its own character for a very long time.
Six studios sit in three acres of private ground beside the water, and a handful of larger apartments look down on the same bay from the hillside above. Both were built and furnished by hand, and no two rooms are quite alike.

Six stone-built studios, each one furnished by hand and no two quite alike, set in three acres of private ground at the water’s edge.

Roomier apartments built in the Mani style, high enough above the coastline for the whole bay to open out from the balcony.

All of our rooms look out to the sea from their own balcony, and all of them are air conditioned for the long Mani summer.

Each unit has a kitchenette stocked with the basics for breakfast and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin, so you can settle in and cook or go out as the day suits you.

The pebble beach is a short walk down, the fish tavernas of the bay are close by, and there is room to leave the car on site for as long as you stay.

Larger apartments set 70 metres up the hillside, with the whole bay below the balcony.
